I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pernod Ricard (Hong Kong) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and easy to navigate. However, I felt the interview itself lacked depth and engagement. While the interviewer was friendly, the questions were rather generic, and there wasn't much opportunity for in-depth discussion. Overall, the process was efficient but somewhat impersonal.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to launch a campaign on a tight deadline. How did you prioritize tasks, manage your team (if applicable), and ensure the campaign was successful?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pernod Ricard (Hong Kong) in Sep 2022
Interview
First round interview with HR who asked pretty standard questions: self introduction and why Pernod Ricard, elaborated on some of my previous work experience. Second round interview with hiring manager, who asked me to tell her something not on my CV. There was also a short case analysis related to the position.
I applied online. I interviewed at Pernod Ricard (Birmingham, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
They use a company called Discovery Graduates and you have to be in it for the long haul! Two telephone interviews, personality profile test, assessment centre (at own expense in Birmingham), General Intelligence Assessment if you pass assessment centre and then finally verbal and numerical reasoning - then if you pass all of this your CV goes through to the hiring manager! I absolutely loved Pernod Ricard and was full of total motivation for them but I became disengaged by the length of the process and the number of steps so by the time I was invited to interview 3 months later I had lost motivation and had two other job offers for placements in the pipeline - I would say not worth the wait!!
