Personnel Resource interview questions

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I called about the job, filled out the application, talked briefly with the recruiter at Personell Resources, and then interviewed 1 on 1 with the manager at my assignment locaiton. More than anything, the duties of the job were discussed, and I was asked if it was something I would like. More than anything, there was a ton of paperwork, drug testing, and background check.
