I had a brief conversation with the recruiter about the company and what the role was all about, then had an over the phone interview the next week with her, took two personality assessments, had a phone interview with the CEO of their sales training company they use, had another phone interview with my potential senior vice president, then finally had a shadow interview with the senior vice president. The process took about two and a half months for me to get hired on, but that's only because they're restructuring roles.

We are very excited about the changes we are making. I understand the process was much longer than expected and we know it's difficult to keep someone waiting, but I'm glad you hung in there and I'm confident you'll do very well in your position.

I was call on time.The person introduced them self and said. I looked at your experience. How much did you make in 2015? She then said,
"Before we begin the interview,the compensation for this position is only 55K - 60k total.

No two interviews, like people, are ever the same. I'm sure the talent specialist you were working with found it necessary, but that's not how things should happen. Interview
Interview process was thorough and team was very excited about the company. I had phone interviews, then a video interview with the managers. Additionally, I was able to shadow a colleague while on the job to gain a better understanding of the position. This was very helpful in my decision making process.
