I only had one interview, and ir was with the Raleigh office instead of the firm’s head issues in New Orleans. I heard back with an offer within the week. I met with the entire practice group at the office.
A straightforward process, involving interview with three partners/counsel. Questions were very basic- past work experience. A quick turnaround in asking for a writing sample. Offer was extended in less than a week.
It was very weird, they interviewed me, saying they didn't have an open position but wanted to meet me. This made me fill like this was a waste of my time especially with me currently working at a busy firm
