HR contact was agile and friendly. Technical interview was a complete mass: the interviewers seemed to have little to no experience in recruiting. Apparently no one took care of reading my CV and understanding my experience. Technical questions were open and subjective, not specific, and focused to a different skill set than mine. Every question, instead of being objective and precise, ended up becoming a discussion. When the interviewer got an answer that was not in line with his expectations (or personal views) he kept pushing until he got what he wanted. After 30 mins of the interview, I was already thinking: "I don't want to work with such pr-cks". At the end it was clear to me that none of interviewers took care of reading my CV beforehand.
