Online application, then phone inteview. Online app is easy mostly about yourself and what you are interested in doing on the ranch. Once you choose your position, hiring manager will reach back out to you via email and then will have a follow up phone call with the head of whatever department you applied for. only advice would be to get application in as early as possible because slots do fill up. Philmont hires 1100 seasonal employees each summer so there is a job for everyone.
