The interview process consists of three stages.
In the first stage, you will meet with a direct supervisor and a colleague to discuss your past experiences, with some brief questions in English.
The second stage involves a discussion with the department manager, a senior supervisor, and your direct supervisor. You will be provided with questions and product details in advance. On the day, you will give a 10-minute report followed by a Q&A session.
In the third stage, you will have an interview with HR, focusing on your past experiences, understanding of the company and position, salary structure, and compensation.
