Interview

It's very easy. 2-3 programming questions on whiteboard. Then I was given a real source code and was asked to describe it. It was a C++ class with many constructors. Nothing special. They want to make sure I can understand internal code. I was luck to have an interview with two best people in the company so interview went smoothly and interesting

Interview

Formal interview with 2 senior managers, asked some basic technical questions to test your understanding of different platforms mainly object oriented design. Then they asked question to test your reasoning skills. And finally asked some personality based questions.

The process is you meet with only the Program Manager . She is not sober most of the time so depends on how sober or how hung over she is while she interviews you but really that's the only process.
