I applied for a Sales and Marketing admin job. The process took 4 days. The first day was a group interview with other candidates. The sales manager conducted the group interview. He told us about the company and what sort of job they were hiring for. He then did short 1 on 1 interviews with each person. Some people were shown around the building. The second day I was called back for a second interview with the marketing manager. He asked regular interview stuff and looked over my resume. The third day was an interview with the CEO. Almost everyone who is being seriously considered for a job will meet with the CEO. He wants to make sure new employees fit in with the office culture. The fourth meeting was with the sales and marketing managers where they offered me the position.
