Pilot Bank interview questions

Very short, typical process. Phone Interview, face to face, follow up . First face to face was with Manager , Assistant Manager and One other employee. Second interview was just the managers . I never met with HR , which was weird. I received an offer a week later.

After waiting a few weeks, I was scheduled to interview with the VP, Branch Manager and Assistant Manager. The process was fairly straightforward. I was asked numerous questions which reflected my ability to multi-task, serve customers efficiently, and bring in additional business to the bank. Also, I was informed what my job duties would be.
