Good interview process which included an assignment and a few email scenarios. Also included a presentation element. People were cool, easy to work with, came from different backgrounds, and smart.
I applied online. I interviewed at Pilotly (London, England)
Interview
Applied via LinkedIn, and a week later I was invited to an interview. The company is based in the US and the role was a UK role, so the time for the interview was set at midnight UK time, which I was happy to do. I researched the company from top to bottom.
I watched all videos of webinars on their Youtube page and read everything online, I mean I became an expert on the company. I wanted the job and was confident I could do a great job.
The day of the interview comes and to be honest it was an OK session, Asked questions about my past in marketing etc. then tells me he will be in contact in a few days to let me know if they will be progressing my application.
Two months later, two emails and nothing. I was even tempted to send a message on his LinkedIn to follow up on it but I thought that would be too desperate, I mean least have the decency to tell me you are not moving on with the application.
It should be an industry standard that if you are interviewed you get a response. the alternative is so cruel.
