The initial interview was with the HR Manager, and it was very pleasant and straightforward. The next round was with the customer support manager, the questions were average and nothing too difficult to answer. At the end of the interview, I was told I'd hear 1-2 weeks later, regardless if it was a Yes or No because the manager "hated when companies do that".
After a week and a half, I emailed the HR manager just to check in about the process and never received a reply. Normally, I wouldn't think anything of it since most companies don't follow up nowadays - I found it negligent since the manager made a point to mention how they didn't like it when companies don't offer applicants any updates.
