Interview
I applied for this position via an online job board. I was contacted via email for a phone interview. I accepted and confirmed the date and time for the phone interview. The day came and no phone call. I waited and sent an email to the interviewer and they claimed they never received my reply. So the interview was rescheduled. The day came and again, no phone call. I called the company to ask if this interviewer was really an employee with the company. The person I spoke with confirmed that the person was indeed an employee and that the company was hiring for many positions at the moment. The person took my info and said they would look into what happened. Later that day I received an email from the interviewer stating they had called out sick and wanted to reschedule for the next day. I was asked to call her this time. So the next day I call at the designated time and no answer. I left a voicemail and followed up with an email. Moments later I received an email response saying that she was in a meeting and asked me to call again. I call again and finally get her on the phone. She starts the interview but half way though it stops to tell me that the position is no longer available. She and the CEO have reassessed their needs and they have decided to change it to a completely different position, Personal Assistant. I was disappointed. The interviewed continued. She said that she would follow up with me and let me know what they decided. I followed up with her via email and never heard back from her. I'm disappointed that this is the way they present themselves to applicants.

In person, in office was asked basic questions. Sat with CEO and Creative Director one on one. CEO just listened didn't ask questions. No one greeted upon arrival. Waiting area was awkward.
