Interview
I flew in to interview and the boss was very kind. He was always available when I called to ask questions. I interviewed for the second time and the boss allowed me to ask questions as well and listened very well. He was very attentive and gave me two days to ponder on whether I was satisfied with the offer and if I accepted.

The unexpected question was when the boss asked whether I wanted to accept the position. I was excited and wanted to accept right away but held my excitement and accepted the two days to ponder on my decision.
