Plastic Mobile interview questions

I agreed to have an interview with them on a very short notice - like two days after my initial call with their HR. On my arrival, I had a quick convo with their couple of their HR's and a quick chat with their tech lead. Even though HR promised me there won't be any coding or tech deep conversations, that tech lead asked me to do some coding on a piece of paper and had some technical questions to me. The weirdest thing is that the interview took place in their cafeteria which is basically dark walkway with tables in it with people constantly passing through the area. They booked an hour for an interview, but it was done in about 25 minutes and I never heard back from them. I guess they're too busy to provide any feedback.

Met with HR, she asked questions and i answered all of them. The only thing is that i never worked with Jira, and i told her that i will learn it pretty fast because i worked with similar softwares. i took a course of Jira right after the interview, followed up with HR and told her that, however did not receive any reply. After finishing a course (in a week) i followed up again and did not receive any reply again... After that, i felt that Plastic mobile does not really care about candidates, their feelings and emotions. It would be fine to reply "we found someone better", but not to reply at all (twice!) is rude i think...
