Pocket App interview questions

First telephonic round,after I go to f2f round to their office.too bad.there are two technical rounds and both not seen my resume and don’t know what questions to ask.asking anything like c concepts and write program on paper. While I am writing he is looking in his laptop and work no attention to candidates they are just wasting time they are showing to their HR we are only good here and you will not find good candidates other than us. They need to drop down attitude and focus on candidate interview.
