One question that frequently comes up is what I usually do in my free time. I find it especially important because, compared to more challenging questions, it helps create a more relaxed atmosphere and reduces interview anxiety.

Interviews were very streamlined and always on time. I get to choose the schedule of my interview based on the date and times they provided.
There is almost no pressure and no intimidation when they interviewed me. I got to express myself well.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Point (Palo Alto, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
I had 2 initial phone calls and then a 3rd mock call. Next, an in person interview with multiple members of the company including a co-founder. The process occurred over the holidays so it took about a month. It's a bit of a process but I think important because each person is quite valuable to their team and they want to ensure the right fit.
