Interview
I had 2 initial phone calls and then a 3rd mock call. Next, an in person interview with multiple members of the company including a co-founder. The process occurred over the holidays so it took about a month. It's a bit of a process but I think important because each person is quite valuable to their team and they want to ensure the right fit.

Consists of 3 sets of interviews. First step allows you to explain your work experience, the next one is a culture fit test, then the last one is very conversational.
