Interview process is lack of structure and there is no follow up from HR. It does not feel like a professional interview, basic and easy questions and not related to the actual position applying for.

They will give you around 30 min for an endless questionnaire, "do as much as you can" what they say.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Poly-America (Grand Prairie, TX) in May 2019
Interview
They responded fairly quickly to my online application, it took about 2 weeks for them to reply. I then received a phone call to set up an interview for later that week. Once you arrive at the facility, every candidate regardless of the position has to take a short test. Mostly math and word association problems. It is not too simple, 50 questions with like a 12 minute time limit. After that they take you in for the interview with an HR rep.
