Interview with a recent college grad and employee of LDI. Interview was a ridiculous and the lack of professionalism and experience showed. What a joke of a leader they have in place. No sales experience and never been with a company longer than 2 year but now he is running the sales division. Experienced Salesmen, stay away!

It was friendly. Honest and felt like a safe environment to talk openly about realities of the job, rather than sugarcoating it and finding out after already accepting. Haven’t had interview like that before so at first felt like they were trying to push me away, but they were actually trying to ensure I knew what was expected so I wouldn’t be shocked and leave soon after starting
