Since this was a fast-food and entry level job, the interview process was quite short. I sat down with the boss, talked to him, he talked about the responsibilities and how scheduling works and I got a call within the week saying that I was hired
It was pretty quick, nothing complicated. They make sure you're competent and then they'll ask about availability. The whole process took about fifteen minutes and most of it was describing the job.
