At PossibleNOW, we pride ourselves on the ability to conduct a positive and transparent interview experience with our candidates in hopes to add to our family-oriented culture. In my 6 years here, 4 as a director, we’ve never received this type of feedback. If you look at our sales team on LinkedIn, several team members are female, and we come from a variety of backgrounds. The perceptions you had in the interview do not represent our company values, and we want to make sure that if we did anything to offend you to reach out to us directly so that we can correct it in the future."
