Interview
Earlier this year, I applied for a position at Posthog and had a great initial interview. The recruiter was very positive and said they'd be scheduling me to speak with the next person in the hiring process.
After about a week and a half of not hearing anything, I followed up. Unfortunately, I then received an email saying they were no longer considering me for the role.
I was a bit disappointed by how the communication was handled during the interview process.
The entire loop is very transparent as documented on their website and they provide candid feedback post decision. However they'll expect a lot from the superday so be prepared to be able to bootstrap a project from scrap very quickly
