Comprehensive process, meeting with senior stakeholders, peers and potential team members. An exacting process that tested a lot of different aspects and was quite tough at times, but was good to be properly tested.

Question 1
Describe an example approach to re-platforming a website with millions of active monthly users? How would you plan for migration of technology, test for quality of the replacement platform and migrate users with minimal disruption?
I believe the interviewer had 30 spare minutes to fill in, I cannot justify otherwise the attitude during the whole interview: intermittently giggling, giving confusing and confused answers on questions about the position, making the process as uncomfortable as possible. I regret I didn't put the phone down mid-conversation.
