I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Povio in May 2020
Interview
The interview process consisted of three parts - an HR interview, a technical assignment, and a technical interview. All my meetings were arranged over Calendly and held on Google Hangouts.
HR - it was a friendly and informal conversation about my previous experience and expectations. The interviewer gave me some useful information about company and interviewing process.
Two days after I got the email with an assignment. I was asked to create an application following the specification they sent me.
The time you would need for assignment depends on how detailed you want to be and how much of your technical skills you want to show. I'm into details, so I spent two days on it.
After the assignment was reviewed, I was invited to a technical interview. Interviewer was both kind and professional, he really made me forget that I'm being interviewed. The conversation was informal, and besides the discussion about choices I made in the assignment, we were discussing technologies we're currently working with.
Overall, this was one of the most pleasant interview experiences in my career since I really felt comfortable and appreciated.
