There were two phone interviews, and then a final interview via Skype with Headquarters Vice President in California where there were multiple situational questions and questions about past experience. Very relaxed but to the point

Had a brief phone call, asked a few questions, and asked some personal questions about employment. Mostly not a great first impression but it was a very quick call and sounded more informal. Overall didn't get very far in the process
