First you complete an applicant profile which includes your resume, availability, references, and a word cloud. You can optionally upload some personal photos and a "passion video" but I didn't.
The first interview is a video culture fit interview where an HR recruiter asks you some typical culture fit questions. They then ask about your experience level in various topics on the job description, which affects the next step of the process.
If the panel of five HR people likes your culture fit interview (which is recorded) they will ask you to complete a skills assessment which has 200 questions on business etiquette, logic, "what does this function do", and coding trivia. Questions are multiple choice or fill in the blank, and you are not allowed to use external resources (they monitor your face and screen during the exam).
After that there is a final interview with senior engineers but I didn't make it that far.
