2 rounds of interview: First round is 1 to 1, asking you why this position and things on your resume. Second round is a panel of 2, asking about technical stuffs like materials failure
Straight forward in person interview with the manager and another senior engineer. After questions back and forth, we took a tour of the shop floor. Including tour, interview took around 2.5 hours.

Presentation Skills were effective. Social relations with other people especially technicians were adviced. There were no detail information told on interwiev and not well informed about the hiring process. HR was not able to ask personality analyising questions.
