      A recrutadora entrou em contato comigo pelo LinkedIn, demonstrando ter bastante interesse no meu perfil. Respondi indicando que seria interessante pra mim uma conversa. Ela me mandou uma agenda para que eu marcasse o horário, onde havia disponibilidade duas semanas depois. Marquei e fizemos a entrevista inicial, onde a recrutadora falou por mais de 80% da entrevista sobre a empresa, a posição e outras informações e em 20% da mesma, fez perguntas básicas sobre minhas experiências, deixando claro que não era especialista na minha área. Ao final, ela disse haver gostado do meu perfil e que levaria aos líderes e gestores, sempre frisando que a pretensão salarial era só um número negociável e que haveria um feedback, mesmo que eu não passasse. Ela me pediu para fazer cadastro pela Gupy e esse cadastro exigia um valor de pretensão salarial. Coloquei um valor na média da faixa que ela mesmo tinha me passado que seria possível para a vaga, No dia seguinte, recebo um e-mail automático da Gupy, dizendo que a empresa decidiu não prosseguir com a minha candidatura, sem oferecer nenhum feedback da razão disso. É frustrante receber um feedback positivo da recrutadora na entrevista, sendo que ela se atraiu pelo seu perfil e te chamou no LinkedIn, mas ter seu perfil descartado sem mais nem menos e sem um feedback construtivo do por quê, em questão de 24 horas seu perfil se tornou o contrário de atrativo.
