Preci-Spark interview questions

Disorganised, unclear what they actually want, the site instructions are unclear, the staff all park in the visitors car park, walking ways are blocked, health and safety seems to take a back seat, combustible items in walk ways and near escape routes, everything was reactive, rather than proactive. Called for second interview, then cancelled the interview the evening before, with a pretty unclear reason.
