-Introductory interview was 20 mins, informative
-2nd interview with Partner, conversational, gave me a couple math questions. Played "Mr. nice guy"
-3rd interview with Partner, not as conversation, math questions, skeptical of all my answers. Played "Mr. Bad guy"
Overall, the nice/bad guy is a very old school unnecessary technique. Work culture came off as old school as well. Very pushy in finding someone who will be willing to stay with company FOREVER (unrealistic). Asked me what my dream job was just to tell me that it wouldn't happen. Told me that all my technical skills were unnecessary as they wanted someone who would learn everything from scratch.
At the end of the day, they were nice people and seem like a good company. However, they still have very old school and manipulative techniques. Most of us just want a good job, and are willing to do they work - no need for manipulation.
