PremierCC interview questions

I applied online, and was contacted for a brief phone interview. The phone interview had no mention of salary, hours to be worked, or days of operation. I met with the operations manager, who was nice and friendly. The interview lasted 20 minutes, with the basics of customer service (torwards the tech's), work history, and details of the position.
