I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Premium Credit
Interview
The interview lasted around 1 hour and 30 minutes and focused heavily on technical, competency‑based and situational questions. HR attended the interview alongside the hiring manager, and unlike many other processes, HR led a significant portion of the questioning, including detailed assessments of cultural fit. The session also required a task presentation, followed by further questions exploring my approach and decision‑making. At the end of the interview, they asked about my salary expectations as part of the overall evaluation.
