Online applications were filled. Phone call communication was then arranged and conducted. Documents were also transferred through email. In the end an SMS and email based exchange system was set up to manage contracts and all was good.

Phone interview as the company is in Birmingham and I am in Portsmouth. Just some questions about previous job experience, languages and studies. They then send me some documents to fill in and send them back.
