This interview went very well as it was with a manager who was with the company prior to me leaving. The old management was way more in touch and on board with standards than the current

The interview was fairly straightforward. However, they seemed more interested in projects I had done with my previous company (that they had lost) than in anything else. They brought in a few of their higher ups just to get some intel on their competition. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The other thing that I found strange is that they discourage any sort of telecommuting. For a company that provides conference technologies, this should always be one of the perks.
