Question for me to share who I was and my interest in wanting to become a part of the team. Opportunity to share my skills level with interviewer and ask questions. Opportunity to meet core employees and hear of their roles and responsibilities. Wonderful team with words of encouragement and excite expressed as a new employee joining the team.
