Interview
Its a (2) step interview process. The first one is with the Executive Director, he is great, very resourceful, very intuitive and engaging. The second interview is with his senior management team (3), they were rude, intimidating and very disengaging, arrogant for sure. the kind of environment where you will always feel like you can be fired any minute, if your too smart, your considered a threat.
