I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Primary Services (Houston, TX) in Sep 2016
Interview
Talked with someone who will care about your for the few months to years until you're permanent at your new good location.
They will care about you and take care of everything you need from them, in return you must preform at your best because they will give you their best at everything. If you would like to work with people that care, they will be the one to help.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Primary Services (Houston, TX) in Oct 2021
Interview
Primary Services requires a 2 interview process.
The first interview is with the recruiter and he/she will basically go into what you do for a living currently and why you're interested in joining the company.
Once you've completed the first interview you will have to submit a few things such as an external app submitting your full job history. Also, you will be required to agree to a slight background check.
Then you will receive an email, text, or phone call letting you know you are advancing to the 2nd interview. The recruiter let me know that I advanced to the 2nd interview the same day I did my first interview, He actually let me know during the interview that I had the potential to advance and all I would need is to complete the external application.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Where do you currently work now?
Why do you feel you're a fit for this particular position?
What is a hardship that you overcame? (I did work related and school related)
The 2nd interview is a little bit more difficult but it isn't so bad.
I applied online. I interviewed at Primary Services (Houston, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview process included an application that you had to complete on-line, followed by several assessments, and then the interview was last.
The assessment was about 30 minutes long, and the interview was very unnecessarily probative. I felt the questions asked during the interview were not about the job skills themselves, only about past employment. there wasn't a lt of explaining about the position they were hiring for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Whether or not I could speak Spanish. What did my last employment entail, meaning what did my work load consist of. The results of the assessment I had taken.
