Prime Technologies interview questions

the interview process was okay. Got to the company. Took about an hour for interview to be set up. Interview lasted around 15 minutes with the normal questions asked . ..

There was an online interview with two people (an owner and the newly hired development director). I decided to keep the video off unless the interviewers let me see them. What disappointed me was that it was a comfortable conversation until it got to legacy software that I'd have to support. I guess I recognized too much, prompting them to ask how old I was, and they told the recruiter "not enough experience with HTML" because they thought I was too old.
