I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Primrose Schools (College Station, TX) in Dec 2014
Interview
I was asked a few questions, but hired on the spot. I was actually shocked at what a quick and easy interview it was. That probably should have been a red flag that I would be working with people who had never worked with young children before, and had no ideal how to manage an entire classroom, let alone teach, because their only experience was with their own kids (or none at all).
