I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Primrose Schools (Eden Prairie, MN) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interviewer was the owner of the branch. Right off the bat, she sounded fake happy which I brushed off.
The interview went on without a hitch. Then she asked for expected salary. I stated I would like to give an answer after hearing what the job entails and the benefits. She kept pushing and pushing, and I gave her a range.
She then went on a rant how I'm not qualified and my experience doesn't count as experience. This only became an issue when we talked about pay. What's more, the qualifications she was asking was NOT listed in the job listing.
Lastly, there is NO BENEFITS and you are forced to volunteer on some weekdays.
At the end, she just hung up.
In person, on-site, first interview with an administrator and then with the owner of the center. Was given a paper to fill up details including work experience, education, and salary expectation.
