Interview

Received an email from an engineer about 2 weeks after applying to schedule a phone interview. Very basic, he only reviewed what was on my resume and asked about my projects more in depth. He said they would get back to me in 1-2 weeks, but it took longer and he did not reply to emails in the mean time. After about 3 weeks and a half, I received a call from HR saying I got the job.

HR Director is very personable and friendly. The recruitment process is long and unorganized. During the interview, a manager kept interrupting and demanding orders without respecting the fact that I was there to interview. It left a bad first impression.
