1. HR Phone Screen
2. Manager and Director for position
3. On-site interview - 12-15 interviewers in 6-7 rounds.
I will say that after some self-reflection, my thoughts went from positive to quite negative.
I would say it was positive until my reason for rejection. Being told that they went with someone with more "higher educational experience" is quite silly considering this is distinguishable by resumes. Many analysts even shared the third round is completely absurd. For an analyst role, why fly out and be interviewed for 6-7 rounds to have a chance at rejection? At this point, Zoom is better, but the beauratic process made this interview structure cumbersome and exhausting.
I will say though, Devi is wonderful and the hiring manager seemed chill. I wish them well.
