I applied for the data specialist role in December. I got rejected at the first round with a general phone interview with the HR. She firstly introduced the company and asked me if I had any questions. The interview was around 10 minutes and majority of the time she was telling me about her holidays. I found it unprofessional and she was clearly not interested in me from the beginning. The position was full time and later it was changed to part time. I did not like the experience and I believe I am qualified for this role. On the same day I got reply saying I am declined because of my communication skills.
First interview by phone, then second round of interview onsite. This second set of interviews is composed with three different interviews: two technical interviews 9including a few technical tests) and one HR interview, and a visit of the workplace.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Priogen Group (Amsterdam) in Aug 2020
Interview
CV + cover letter, HR interview, technical interview, mental arithmetic. The HR interview was to find a cultural fit, the technical interview with current traders in the team. The mental arithmetic was online but a bit badly done as I had to input the answers in a shared GDocs document which did not work very well.
