I talked to a few employees before the recruitment process, and I'm glad not to be part of this company. They fire you if they don't see results in the first weeks of your onboarding; there are many red flags, and it looks like a great toxic company!
I applied online. I interviewed at Prismic (Paris)
Interview
Initial introductory call with the recruiter to discuss role expectations and review my background, followed by more in-depth questions about my experience as it relates to the role. The recruiter was friendly, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and, although I was not selected, offered a follow-up call to provide detailed feedback.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience to date, why are you interest in the role, why are you looking for a new role
Had a 14-minute rushed intro call. Felt hurried, lacked depth, and didn’t provide meaningful insight into the role or company. Not enough time to ask questions or gauge fit properly.
