I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Proaction International (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2015
Interview
I had a behavioural test 30 min followed by a decision making test (must take decisions fast) 45min, followed by a math test + english test (1 hr). The 2nd interview was a group interview 30min to answer a case similar to the job (4 candidates) and to present it in a group form (15min max) in front of a panel. Each candidate meets privately afterwards with an interviewee and answers behavioural questions and to see fit..must also critique other candidates. You might have to complete a management skills test. All the the interview was in french and took 3months to 5 months since I applied to answer but interview process took 2-3 weeks max.
