Interview
Please be cautious when engaging with this company. My experience raised serious concerns around the company’s professionalism and overall legitimacy.
From the start, communication felt off. The recruiter repeatedly called multiple times a day without scheduling in advance, including outside of typical working hours.
I was asked to complete a take-home assignment that took over 8 hours, with a 3-day turnaround during the workweek. The assignment required a highly polished, near deployment-ready UI, which felt excessive. In my experience, most reputable companies design take-home exercises to evaluate thinking and process—not to produce fully finished work.
Additionally, the interviewer responsible for reviewing my assignment failed to attend the scheduled interview twice without notice, which was both confusing and unprofessional.
After the interview, I was asked to share my full Figma file. Within an hour after sharing it—without receiving any feedback on the work—I received a rejection. This raised further concerns for me.
Overall, the combination of disorganized communication, missed interviews, and the handling of candidate work made me question the company’s professionalism and legitimacy. I would encourage others to proceed thoughtfully.
Code challenge in a shared environment. The interviewer was there to watch me solve a logical problem with the aid of a computer. I could choose whichever programming language I felt most comfortable coding with.
