I applied in-person. I interviewed at Procom (Calgary, AB) in Feb 2014
Interview
It was like meeting up with a girlfriend and discussing future plans. There was no structure or format. It was the Branch director telling me all these great things about the company and making unrealistic promises about giving me a portfolio of clients and that I could hit the ground running. She contacted me a few times, but her lies grew and were not consistent. It was a big sales job with little foundation to stand on. I smelled the BS a mile away
very smooth, clear quick the questions were simple and straight forward i really enjoyed the process overall and will recommend employment there anytime because you have the opportunity to grow every day learn new things
