Progressa Senior Software Developer - Backend interview questions

I applied through a recruiter and sat in an in-person interview. It was supposed to be a technical java interview. They just asked me to draw a flowchart for a given (ambiguous) and to explain another diagram on the whiteboard. When I was explaining, they were talking and laughing.
