Technically i cleared everything. But in second round, that is also technical they asked two programs that i answered well. After that directly they discussed about salary. I already have a offer then they gave me 50K above of that offer and asked me that would you like to join our company then i said yes then they said how can i trust you as you already have one offer; if i gave you that much amount then you will go to another company and ask for more salary than us. I said no i want to join your company and work with your technology. They said you have a offer and that company is our competitor so how can i believe on you that you will join then i just said i can't give you any proof. I am just saying i'll join. So they said ok great.. "Now HR came and told me that your profile is not matching with our desired profile but we have your resume for further requirement." That was the lame excuse because everything was going perfectly; only salary constraints and their believes.
